This is why it’s very important that you study the most successful apps carefully and dissect exactly why the are so popular amongst people. Then try to find your own niche. Carefully observe the people who are interested in your potential target market.
Write down everything that you can. What are their hobbies? what do they listen to? what do they read? what do they watch? etc
Coding Your App
This part can seem a little intimidating, but remember, at the very least you can become familiar with the programming process, save up a small budget and then hire someone to build your app.
The code that is the backbone of all Apples applications is Objective C, which is closely related to C+. The SDK which stands for Software Developer Kit is what most people download and use to build apps. It’s free and comes with the tools that you need.
It will provide a simulator that you can use to test your application as you go along. You can always hire someone when you feel that you are getting way too in over your head.
You will also need to think about graphics, audio sounds such as sound effects and music, and how a person will interact with your app, whether it’s game or business application.
Other Things To Think About When Making An App
You will have to eventually consider certain items. For instance, how much should you charge for your application, what kind of support might you have for it, and is this the kind of program that you can offer upgrades to?
Occasionally someone else will come along with almost the exact same app as yours, and sadly there is very little protection against this. What if they decide to give theirs away completely for free, and the crowd runs to them instead?
These are all things that you might want to seriously think about in today’s market. However, overall, it’s pretty simple to learn how to make a app for iPodtouch.

Multi-Touch iPod touch features the same revolutionary interface as iPhone.
Glide, Flick, Pinch Built to take full advantage of the large 3.5-inch display, the Multi-Touch touchscreen interface lets you control everything using only your fingers. So you can glide through albums with Cover Flow, flick through photos and enlarge them with a pinch, zoom in and out on a section of a web page, and control game elements precisely.
How it Works The Multi-Touch display layers a protective shield over a capacitive panel that senses your touch using electrical fields. It then transmits that information to the LCD screen below it. iPod touch software enables the flick, tap, and pinch.
Type with the Touchscreen Keyboard iPod touch features an intelligent touchscreen keyboard perfect for browsing the web in Safari, getting directions on a map, searching for videos on YouTube, finding music on the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store, or adding new contacts. It analyzes keystrokes to suggest words as you type and correct spelling errors automatically. And because it’s software based, it changes its keys to support typing in multiple languages.
iPod touch locates nearby wireless hotspots, including protected networks.
Accelerometer iPod touch responds to motion using a built-in accelerometer.
Responds to Movement iPod touch detects when you rotate it from portrait to landscape, then automatically changes the contents of the display. So you immediately see the entire width of a web page, view a photo in its proper aspect ratio, or control a game using only your movements.
How it Works The accelerometer inside iPod touch uses three elements: a silicon mass, a set of silicon springs, and an electrical current. The silicon springs measure the position of the silicon mass using the electrical current. Rotating iPod touch causes a fluctuation in the electrical current passing through the silicon springs. The accelerometer registers these fluctuations and tells iPod touch to adjust the display accordingly.
Perfect for Gaming Accelerometer technology really shines when you play games because it immerses you in the action. It’s perfect for racing games–where your entire iPod touch acts as a steering wheel–and for tap-and-tilt games like Super Monkey Ball, in which your character responds to your every movement.
Wireless Connect iPod touch to the Internet anywhere there’s a wireless network.
Connect Automatically iPod touch locates nearby wireless hotspots, including protected networks. If you’ve never used a particular network, it asks you to enter a password the first time, and it remembers the password from then on. So the next time you’re within range, it connects automatically.
Surf’s Up Now you can send email from a coffee shop. Surf the web at the airport. Shop for games from your couch. Browse, buy, and download music from the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store at select Starbucks locations or other wireless hotspots in your area.

The Ultra High Resolution Retina Display is perhaps one of the iPods greatest new features. The device packs a 960 x 640 resolution at 326 pixels per inch and is perhaps the best view of a mobile device you will find anywhere.Seriously, I was really surprised at the details of this display when I first got it. The text appears more crisp and I think the most important difference is how vivid and beautiful the game graphics and videos appear. The new Retina Display combined with HD Video is a true gem that I believe most will enjoy.
Two Cameras: You read it right. The new iPod comes with two cameras and that’s two more than it had previously. You are in for a treat as the new iPodTouch contains a Rear Facing camera that supports 960×720 sized photos and records 720p HD Videos. The Front facing VGA quality camera has a resolution of 640×480 that displays a good view of you while interacting with family and friends via the new Face Time technology.
Face Time: This new feature is definitely the coolest for me. I use Skype to chat with my buddies all the time and although, I still use Skype, the new Face Time feature is a great way to keep in touch with friends and family with a mobile device. It’s also Free with absolutely no monthly payments or contracts and is loads of fun.
The Built in microphone is an added bonus to the new iPod 4th Generation. It’s used with the new Face Time feature and can also be used to take verbal notes. It’s a great addition that many have been waiting for since the previous models.
Game Center: This feature is my second best because I love games and even If you don’t play them often they’re perfect entertainment for passing the time. The “Game Center” is an entirely new platform hosted by Apple for connecting with friends and playing games online. It’s a great feature if you take advantage of its multiplayer capabilities. You can compete by racking up points against your friends in games like Bejeweled or head to head in racing and so on.
15 % Larger Battery: The first thing I look at when I purchase a new iPod is the battery power. Despite the devices awesome new features, they’re worthless for a portable device If the battery dies out too quickly. Apple has done a remarkable job with each new iPod and particularly the 4th generation by adding 15% more battery power than previous models.
The iPod 4th Generation is a remarkable multi capable device and I am very satisfied with my purchase. The device isn’t 100% perfect but what is? I suppose the Rear facing camera could use some improvement. However, it is still a decent HD Video Camera. Other than that, the new iPodTouch is an excellent choice If you’re in the market for a new MP3 Player, E-Reader, or even a basic camera.
Now as promised, you can get a iPodTouch Discount from Amazon.com. Be sure to review the website below for information on how to obtain free shipping and information on where to get the iPod 32GB Best Price.
